This one was fun. Still having some issues with lighting, but I'll work 'em out eventually. Character belongs to Metsys.

Holy banana beans, I LOVE this. What tools did you use for the ground? The lighting looks wonderful to me, and you kept the texture intact on the clothing and fur. :D

Well...er...kinda cheated with the background, to be honest. Lots of splicing and blending and manipulation of photographic elements (which is why there is no light catching on the trees or the gravel on the road). But the truck and the lighting and the skunk and the dead opossum were all painted. I did use heavy photo reference for his clothes though and the dead skunk. I am lacking in confidence yet to not be constantly referencing photos. Meh. :/

Amazing work! Great job putting the character into the setting. The skunk's face is especially neat. Very animalistic while still having a human expression.

Yeah, lighting would be tough without another light source to light the dark side facing us.
It still looks pretty awesome tho! I'm wondering what's going through the skunk's mind. =3
